History
The ICCC was established in 2007 by a group of advocates from various organizations such as the Indiana Long Term Care Ombudsman Program, Healthcare Excel, United Senior Action, IAHSA (Indiana Association for Homes and Services for the Aging), HOPE (Hoosier Owners and Providers for the Elderly), providers and more. The Coalition has since grown to include representatives of other aging service agencies, became partners with Local Area Network of Excellence (LANE) in 2010, and continues to expand. For information on current members, office-holders, and stakeholders, please go to: http://indianaculturechangecoalition.webs.com/
The Coalition is extremely welcoming of participation and involvement by residents and other consumers of Long Term Care Services in the state of Indiana, as well as providers.
