History
Representatives from the Kentucky Association of Health Care Facilities (KAHCF), Kentucky Association for Homes and Services for the Aging (KAHSA), the Kentucky partner of the American College of Health Care Administrators joined with the State long term care ombudsman and the quality improvement organization to form the Kentucky Coalition for Person-Centered Care (KCPCC). The group was officially formed on November 6, 2007.
Organizational Structure
KCPCC is a not-for-profit limited liability corporation with a 5 person executive board and an advisory council consisting of providers, advocates and regulators. Vision and mission statements were developed as well as objectives for the organization.
