Learn More About State Coalitions
The Pioneer Network is committed to serving as a resource to new and already established coalitions and to providing opportunities for networking among state coalitions. This website currently includes information on the key elements of successful coalitions, links to existing state culture change coalition websites; a list of state coalitions and contact information; resource documents on governance and funding for coalition support; and listings of state government, survey agency and state long-term care ombudsman involvement in culture change coalitions. Coalition events are also highlighted as part of Upcoming Events. The next phase of the Pioneer Network's website redesign will be more interactive and provide a user friendly way for state coalitions to share information and network with each other on an ongoing basis.
Pioneer Network facilitates the collaborative work of state coalitions to communicate and disseminate culture change to a wider audience including follow-up activities to the Pioneer Network/CMS "Creating Home" Symposium, a CMS/AHFSA/Pioneer Network Pre-conference Session at the AHFSA Annual Conference, and the CMS/Pioneer Network Pre-conference Session at the AAHSA Annual Conference.
Pioneer Network also organizes Monthly Coalition Networking Calls for coalitions to share resources and information. Call summaries and related documents are available below. To participate in coalition networking calls, contact Cathy Lieblich at
