Rosemary Laird
Rosemary Laird,M.D.,M.H.S.A is a Geriatrician and a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Geriatrics at the Florida State School of Medicine. Dr.Laird received her medical degree with honors from Georgetown University School of Medicine in 1991. She completed an Internal Medicine residency and Geriatric Fellowship. Dr.Laird is a recognized expert in diagnosis and care of patients with Alzheimer’s disease. She is a passionate advocate for the support of family caregivers andc o-authored the book Take Your Oxygen First: Preserving Your Health and Happiness While Caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s Disease.

Deanna Vigliotta
Deanna Vigliotta recently became the National Sales Manager for Seni, premium adult incontinence products. She has an extensive 30 year background in healthcare sales and sales management. Deanna joined Seni in early 2019 to help expand the Seni brand presence on the US market and educate consumers, healthcare professionals, and senior living communities about the importance of choosing high quality fully breathable products.

Penny Cook
Penny Cook, MSW, Pioneer Network President/CEO: Penny’s commitment to changing the culture of aging and long-term care began early in her professional career as a social worker in Rochester, New York and continued as she moved to Colorado. She strongly believes that the care we provide to elders is directly related to the way we, as a society, view aging. She is passionate about spreading the message that we are in the midst of a revolution about how we age and where we do it. Penny comments that, “no matter whether people live, in nursing homes, assisted living communities or in their family home, we all deserve and should expect respectful and dignified care and support that is centered, directed and tailored to us as individuals.”
